The name of this organization shall be guy hang (“gh”), a not-for-profit corporation incorporated in, by and under the laws of the State of Ohio.

- Is a domestic fraternal organization organized in the U.S.,
- Operates under the lodge system,
- Devotes its net earnings exclusively to religious, charitable, scientific, literary, educational, and fraternal purposes, and
- Does not provide for the payment of life, sick, accident, or other benefits to its members.
